The Harzquer Railway cuts the Harz Mountains through their North-South axis. The landscape along the 52 km route between Gernrode, Harzgerode, Hasselfelde and Eisfelder Talm�hle has a great variety of flora and fauna.The Mount Brocken Railway takes about 50 minutes to climb from the Drei-Annen-Hohne to the Mount Brocken while offering visitors an overwhelming panoramic view of the Upper Harz National Park. On a clear day Mount Brocken provides a fantastic view on the countryside below.
