The Boddenbarsch Variety Show on the Isle of R�gen

From May until September Mecklenburg-Vorpommern�s unique variety playhouse in Binz on the Island of R�gen presents an international summer show and for Christmas and New Year� Day a special program with sparkling world-class artists, quirky comedy and the latest in entertainment. In this unmatched historical theatre from the �20s in the elegant seaside resort of Binz the audience can enjoy an unforgettable evening.

The Variety Boddenbarsch is one of the newest attractions in R�gen. After several years of restoration the Kurhaus-Saal rooms opened in the heart of this ever popular seaside resort. During the last century a fashionable public thrilled to the exciting productions and enjoyed the cream of entertainment.

Today in the beautiful theatre with its classical stage and side galleries approx 400 guests can be transported to a world of fantasy. Acts of bewildering pace and perfect athleticism, quiet moments of sheer fascination or comedy enchant both young and old. Fabulous scenery with an impressive Laser light show and candle-lit suppers enjoyed on cosy little tables with red-velvet chairs guarantees a completely successful evening.
