Lindau is a popular resort for guests from Germany, Europe, and overseas alike. Konstanz is located in southern Germany and with a population of 78,000 is the largest town on Lake Constance.  Today, it is a lively university town offering a wide range of leisure activities for visitors of all ages, whilst at the same time retaining its historical centre and long standing traditions.  Konstanz is a good base to explore other towns on the lake as well as Austria and Switzerland.
