Baden Baden or a fairy Tale

It was so beautiful.  The  Christmas decorations were wonderful.  We took a special keep-fit  package which included a visit to the thermal spa and a free meal at  one of the participating restaurants. 

After a long and demanding  term at work (I am a modern languages teacher) it was just what I  needed to relax and unwind.  We had a lovely time and still managed  to buy some great presents despite the weak pound.  I was so inspired  by the 3-night stay that I'm going to do it every year until I  retire.  It was the best present I could ever have had and I'll  always remember it.
