Theme 2008 - Palaces, Parks and Gardens

Visitors can expect to be spoilt for choice when discovering Germany’s huge variety of historical buildings, architectural designs and flora & fauna in all its splendour.

Castles and palaces range from the island-fortress of Schwerin castle in the North to the medieval Wartburg in Thuringia to the famous fairytale castle of Neuschwanstein in the South.
