Pure nature and pure health – that is the Black Forest. It is not without a reason that the first ski-club has been established in the Black Forest as early as in 1895 – Germany’s oldest ski-club.
For those who prefer high-endurance activities, there are the 100 kilometres-long trails for cross-country skiing, Schonach-Belchen. To conclude, several sport events take place in the Black Forest, among which the “Schwarzwälder Rucksacklauf” and the “Springer tournament” in Schönwald and Neustadt respectively.
