Dortmund - Match Tickets

Match Borussia Dortmund against Eintracht Frankfurt
A sea of yellow and black scarfs, flags and shirts awaits you here with notoriously faithful fans-despite the team’s somewhat moody performances.

The average football match attendance is usually 78,000 with a stunning maximum capacity of 83,000, making it the biggest stadium in Germany. The home supporters’ terrace behind the goal alone can accommodate up to 20,000 fans.

The BVB, Dortmund’s football club, is a special case indeed. Their fans experienced heaven and hell in the past 5 years. After winning the league title in 2002, they took until very late in the 2006/07 season to brush off justified fears of relegation.
