Thale

Thale – devil’s wall
Thale is located in the Bodetal Valley, surrounded by flowing rivers, jagged cliffs, and splendid mountainside scenery.  Thale is linked to many myths and legends about witches, dragons etc, which gives the town a mysterious feel.  It is however ideal for families nature lovers as attractions include many cable cars and chair lifts, fun parks, museums, walking and cycling routes etc.
