Bremen: Town Musicians and houses at the market place
Bremen, located in the north of Germany combines 1,200 years of history with having developed into a modern city.  The historical market square, the Böttcherstrasse and idyllic Schnoor quarter invite visitors to explore the heritage of the city, whilst the lively Schlachte Weser Promenade and botanical gardens appeal to those looking for more modern attractions.  The fairytale about the ‘Bremen Town Musicians’ can be seen depicted throughout the city – a rooster sat on a cat sat on a dog sat on a donkey!
