German Bread Museum
Location: Ulm

The exhibition of this museum shows the 8000 year old history and importance of bread, its manufacture and its use in all parts of the world.

Its private collection consits of more than 14.000 objects from the entire world, they illustrate the history of bread-making technology as well as the cultural and social history of bread.

Daily except Mon: 10 am – 5 pm
No admission after 4 pm
