Richard-Wagner-Museum Haus Wahnfried

Richard-Wagner-Museum
Location: Bayreuth

House designed according to plans by Richard Wagner, where the composer lived from 1874 and where he completed the third act of Siegfried and all of Götterdämmerung, the last work of the Ring cycle.

His former living quarters are today a national museum dedicated to the famous composer’s life, works, and history of the Wagner Festival in Bayreuth.

Opening hours:
Apr – Oct
Daily: 9 am – 5 pm
Tue, Thur: 9 am – 8 pm.

Admission:
Adults: 4,- €
Schools/students: 2,- €
Groups: 3,- €.
