The stalls at Tübingen's Christmas market blend in with the historical half-timbered buildings of the old quarter to create a scene full of romance. Everything on offer here has been hand knitted, hand carved, hand made, hand painted, hand cooked or hand baked. Tübingen has a tradition of screening the classic German film "Die Feuerzangenbowle" in the open-air winter cinema.
