Augsburg#s Christmas market
Augsburg's Christmas market, one of the prettiest and oldest in Germany, has been  held outside the impressive Renaissance town hall for 500 years. The highlight is the Augsburg Angels Play  when music-playing angels appear above the Christmas market and the town hall is transformed into a giant Advent calendar.
