Halle Christmas Market

A warm and very festive welcome to Halle, the salt-mining town on the river Saale whose history goes back almost 1,200 years. There are two Christmas markets in the historical old quarter: Halle’s Christmas market on the market square dominated by its five towers and the medieval market at the donkey fountain, one of the town’s main landmarks.
